Talking book recording studioThe NAB M. P. Shah All India Talking Book Centre was set up with financial assistance of £ 1,10,000 from the Meghraj Pethsi Trust, U.K., in memory of Shri M. P. Shah. The Centre has produced around 3700 titles.

Building on their listening skills, the NAB offers technology driven “Talking Books” for the blind at the NAB M. P. Shah All-India Talking Book Center. Currently, our members and the blind residents of South Africa and United Kingdom of Indian origin can also avail of:

The cassette library
  • An approximate number of 2561 titles in 9 languages, namely, Gujarati, Sanskrit, Marathi, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Kannada, Tamil and English
  • Novels, fiction and other recreational literature

  • The cassette library showing the rows of shelfs

    • Monthly talking magazines - Listeners Digest in English, Indradhanush in Hindi, Saptarang in Marathi, and Swarsangam in Gujarati
    • Textbooks on law, economics and other subjects for University, High School and Secondary schools
