Apart from providing productive services that enable the blind in becoming independent citizens in the society, NAB conducts personality oriented recreational activities through the year. These programs focus on building motivation and an all round character through entertaining skits and competitions. As a NAB member, you can be part of:

Poetry Recitation Competition - The NAB-CASBW organizes an Open Poetry Recitation Competition for the visually impaired participants of two groups:

• Poem written by themselves called Swa-Rachit
• Poem written by other Poets called Par-Rachit

The panelists for this competition are generally Public Speaking experts, Orators, Radio Artists, Musicians, and Playwrights.

Women's Day Celebration- CASBW organizes Women's Day Celebration on 8th March of every year for the trainees. The Utkarsh Trainees stage entertainment programs that depict women's role in the various situations of life and different ways in which they resolve their problems.

Publication- "Vishwadarshan" Hindi Braille Magazine for blind women is being published every quarter of the year which offers an opportunity for the blind to learn more on women's issues, general knowledge and much more.
